Islam...
Islam means "to surrender." It is derived from the Arabic word silm, which means peace. Surrender to whom you may ask? A Muslim, one who follows the religion of Islam, surrenders oneself to Allah or God in order to live in peace. Allah is the same God of Abraham, Moses and Jesus. In English, He is called God, in Spanish, He is called Dios, and in Arabic, He is called Allah. Even Christian Arabs call God, Allah. For Muslims, He is the Creator and Sustainer of all things.
Islam is a way of life for Muslims. It is the same message that God had revealed to all prophets and messengers to humanity throughout the centuries.

Me, lovely post... ahlan aboard! konti fein??? anyway, back to the subject...
Surrender is the issue that is causing most people to become astray.
Kneeling is what most pple do not like to do.
All because of the first sin: Arrogance. We are told that the first committed sin since the begining of creation of Adam and Eve (P.b.u.them) was Arrogance.
Satan was the arrogant one in the story and now he is damned for eternity simply because he would not abide to Allah's command to bow (kneel) before Adam P.b.u.h.
We are not to bow to anyone but the creator though... It was just a command given then by Allah to all the Angels and the Jin to bow to Adam, but from there on Allah commands us not to kneel to any but Him, but with love. every thing Allah has designed for us was with love and for love, but only those who really dwell into Islam will discover this love and enjoy it.
